He had his basic education in Kokofu-Assamang Roman Catholic Primary/JSS and secondary at Oppong Memorial Secondary School in Kokofu-Ashanti.
“I’ve experienced many tragedies in my family,” Minister K-Ci shares. “I’m the third of eight children, six brothers and two sisters but only one of my two is still alive. I’ve been homeless and in poverty. It came to a point in my life where I understood that God is not obligated to do anything for me because I am in need, but God is obligated to fulfill His word. As a gospel minister, I am singing the gospel of Jesus Christ—to lead God’s people into His presence, not remind them of the situations they are in and I knew that the best you can do is to prepare your heart and be obedient…you have to be willing to become invisible. It’s never about you. Nothing in the service is about you. People aren’t coming to see you. They are coming to experience God.”

ABOUT THE PASSION OF HIS MINISTRY
Talking about where God is taking him in his Ministry, MINISTER K-Ci says, “If you look at what God is doing, what only He can do, I can’t take credit for any of this… if it works, it’s God. There’s no pressure because you can’t do anything without Him (God) but there is responsibility to touch the next generation to understand who God really is, to inspire them to get into His presence and make a difference in the presence of the whole wide world.”
